“We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient ”

“It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.”

“밤 늦게 도착하여 매우 피곤한 상태여서 빨리 방에서 쉬고 싶은 상태에서 받은 방은 옆방과 연결되는 방이었음. 연방과 연결되는 문에 잠금 장치가 파손되어 있어서 옆방에서 우리방으로 들어오고자 하면 막을 수 있는 방법이 없는 상태였음. 방을 교체해 달라고 해도 그냥 사용하면 된다고 했고 옆방에 투숙객이 있냐고 물었을때는 옆방에 사람이 있다고 했음. 그럼에도 계속 방을 이용하라고 했고...방이 안전한 상태가 아님으로 교체해 달라고 하는 요구는 빨리 수용이 안 되었음. 방 교체 교구하고 1시간 뒤에 다른방으로 받을 수 있었음. 실제로 빈방이 많음에도 불구하고 즉각적인 교체는 이루어 지지 않았음. ”
