“It’s was great”

“Room was nice and clean. Had great breakfast variety and the staff was really nice and attentive. I tried to book a massage but because it is a third party company it takes time to book so the reservation after 4 tries could not be done. Nonetheless the other spa spaces are clean and great. Paola, was really sweet and caring. She made sure to explain the amenities properly and gave great and truthful recommendations of places and things to do.”

“This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...

“It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when...

“Great hotel, clean, drink and food very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool. 5 mins walk to beach, 10-15 mins to restaurants. Would definitely visit again.”

“The location, the comfy bed and everything were great! ”

“Amazing hotel with everything nearby”

“Lovely hotel in a lovely setting, with a nice pool area. Our room was big with a comfy bed, and had a balcony which was nice for sitting out in the evenings. Good choices at breakfast and the restaurant was excellent for both lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly. Hotel is an easy 10 min walk to the beach (hotel runs a shuttle bus but we didn’t use it), the beach was nice and clean and quiet, and special mention to the beach staff who were very helpful and friendly. Just one small negative - we...

“Clean, quiet area, safe, close to Pinhal golf course, parking, staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with many options”

“I had to change several times about my reservation condition. It must be very bothering but they were always nice.”

“Overall, the hotel is worthy of 4 stars. The staff were exceptional from the outset. We had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly. We especially want to thank Bruno and Leonora. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was so clean and well maintained, we’re talking Four Season hotel level of cleanliness. The staff was good no complaints at all. The beach was absolutely breathtaking! The beaches in that area are known to be some of the most beautiful on the Mediterranean, and that’s so true. Pools were also nice and clean so are the decks and lounge chairs. Only thing is they are a bit cheap with the water. They only provide 2 small bottles per room in the room. At this level a shouldn’t have to...

“After an issue checking in where our booking was lost Jose placed us in a fab Junior Suite with kitchenette, sofa and bed. All hyper clean with great view of the beach and harbour entrance. Breakfast was the best with great choice from cooked to fruit & yoghurt to pastries. Always love coming to stay and never let's us down. Always recommend Vilamoura and especially the Ampalius.”

“Good customer service”

“No issues, clean, tidy, helpful staff and free transport to marina and beach is a nice perk.”
