“체크인 방법을 모른 상태로 저녁 8시에 도착했는데 안으로 들어갈 수 있는 방법이 전혀 없었어요 비 맞으면서 안에서 숙박객이 나오길 기다렸다가 겨우 들어갔네요 호텔스닷컴에 저장되어있는 번호로 연결이 안돼서 숙소 안에 있는 명함 보고 전화해서 겨우 체크인했습니다 무인 시스템이고 메일이랑 문자 잘 확인하세요 엘리베이터 없는거 빼고 다 만족합니다”
“La struttura è posizionata bene vicino al centro storico e anche vicino ai parcheggi.
Ci è stata data una stanza al 3’ piano senza ascensore pur sapendo che avevamo un bambino di 3 anni, quindi passeggino e bagagli da portare su.
La stanza era mansardata e puzzava di umido, oltre che essere in stato di manutenzione scarso, anche la pulizia da rivedere.
Il lavandino largo 30x20 molto scomodo e la porta del bagno era incastrata nella parete non usciva.
