“We stayed in Envira suite for 3 nights, as a couple with our 2.5 year old. They provided a cot which she slept so well in, despite my worries about if she would! They provided a fabulous selection of food for breakfast, which was totally unexpected. Granola, yoghurt, meat, cheese, pates, jams, honeys etc…crackers, rice cakes..and bottled water. “My stay at ‘Lords of Verona’ was absolutely amazing. First, the location is perfect, the very heart of city. Most of important sites are within 10 min by walk. But this apartment isn’t on the crowded street, so you can rest peacefully. The room condition was also perfect. Everything is top-notch. And most of all, the staffs were fantastic. They were so nice, kind, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. If I visit Verona again, I’ll definitely stay ‘Lords of Verona’ again.”

“This was an old hotel where almost nothing seemed to work properly. The air conditioning was erratic — it was either too cold or too hot — and after taking a shower, the water didn’t drain well, leaving the bathroom flooded. At one point, the electricity even went out and we had to call someone to fix it. Breakfast was another letdown, with sausages and eggs served completely cold, which was quite shocking.
