“Very agreeable staff. Clean room. Tucked away in residential area on side street. Close proximity to square, Hot water for shower was nearly non-existent and Resort view is definitely not worth the additional expense. Tiny rooftop deck that accommodates 2 guests max. Leaving the door open brought street noise and smell of smoke from local neighboring street market. Overall sweet but only at a reduced price.”

“There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.”

“Vertical Sky Suites (VSS) is an experience without parallel, in the best way. We (family of four) arrived at the base road after a taxi ride (arranged by VSS), stowed some of our extra gear at a secure storage site, then rode the last bit up on 4-wheelers with two experienced guides. Upon arrival in the main dome, we were greeted by an incredible view and the friendly hostess. We ordered dinner, were guided with care to our hanging pod, and relaxed there taking in the mind boggling views until...

“This was a very nice affordable place to stay in Cusco. One thing that I wasn’t expecting was there was no front desk or lobby. I arrived late at night and it’s not very well marked. I had to ring a doorbell and was quickly greeted very nice employee who gave me my room code. (It’s a historic building so they can’t make changes to the exterior.) “If you're looking for a great place to chill on a rooftop this place has an amazing hangout area! However the shower barley gets warm and if your visiting in July it is very cold on Ollantaytambo. Other than the hot water it was a fine stay.”

“Right in the center of town, we got up in the morning (they actually packed up aTakeaway breakfast for us) and walked four blocks to the train. They were actually very helpful the next day when it turned out, our agent had not planned for our return to Cusco so we got back to the hotel and they called a friend who got us a taxi. We were pretty tired. They went above and beyond. I’d recommend this place to anybody going to MP”

“We showed up late and had some trouble checking in as the staff was very tired and tried to group us in another room with another tourist. We technically never checked in or out. The staff kept telling us we didn't have to. Nice beds quiet spot.”
