“The winery is located in the scenic Douro valley. The owners and staff are on site and very accommodating. The meals are delicious and a wine tasting is offered and highly recommended. You will feel right at home at this quaint bed and breakfast ”

“A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay”

“Beautiful location/setting. Pool was nice at end of a long day. Staff were wonderful,we had an amazing evening enjoying a dinner and wine while taking in the view on our patio. Personal touch as only five guest rooms. Breakfast in morning was included and great way to start off the day”

“Calm and quiet environment. Our 2 bedroom cottage is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you needed. Very thoughtful in all arrangement. Lovely place to stay in. Sad that we only stayed for one night. Should stay at 2 or more nights to enjoy the tranquillity of the environment.”
