Fantastic stay for our family of 5! Staff are so friendly and the chef even made a cake for us to celebrate a birthday! The private beach was nice to relax in and the shuttle bus there was a nice touch. Location was good and a short walk to the shops, beach and play park We stayed in May so was quieter our kids enjoyed having the pool to themselves I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay as the staff will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your time here! Well done to the Ricci hotel staff!

Although this is a "Italia Bike Hotel" it does not really cater for the sporting cyclist, There is a bike shop close at hand but their rental bikes do not offer a good choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful including giving me a lift to the railway station since it was raining.

Good service, rooms and breakfast.

We enjoyed a pleasant week at Hotel Sport & Residenza. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable and with good beds. - However, the Wi-Fi did not reach our unit (357), which was a challenge when traveling with teenagers. Considering it is branded as a “Sport” hotel, we found the gym facilities somewhat disappointing. The fitness room is located at another hotel and is only about 15 m² in size and with only one multi-machine and one bench. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with high-quality food and outstanding coffee. The staff were generally very helpful and service-minded, although some team members had limited English skills.

Ett bekvämt hotell med god service

Vilket hotell! Så trevlig personal, bra frukost och fantastisk service! En regnig dag ordnade de snabbt fram shuttle till lämplig inomhusaktivitet. Se till att åka med shuttle till Cesenaticos kanal, så vackert! Hotellet har även bra kontakter för dagsturer till San Marino, som också är väl värt ett besök. Bagnon vid stranden var precis lagom och kändes trygg. Vi lämnade våra grejer (inte värdesaker) när vi gick på lunch. Barnen uppskattade lekplats och volleybollbanan. Boll finns att låna. Städningen på hotellet var också till belåtenhet. Området omkring är tyst och det var ingen sen underhållning som störde den kvällströtta. Poolen uppvärmd och en badvakt håller lite extra koll på de som badar. Cyklar finns att låna. Det här hotellet gav mycket för pengarna!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Deshalb herrschte eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und die Inhaberfamile war ebenso in allen Angelegenheiten behilflich. Falls notwendig konnte sogar auf Deutsch weitergeholfen werden.Das Essen war sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Piacevole scoperta !

Abbiamo soggiornato nella parte Hotel. Stanze abbastanza spaziose e complete di cassaforte, aria condizionata, e frigobar. Ottima accoglienza all arrivo, molto bella e ricca, la colazione all aperto. Bella la piscina Cena buona, vario il buffet. 150 metri dal mare in zona tranquilla Consigliato, anche perché Pet Friendly !!!

Ottimo albergo, servizio eccellente

Bell'albergo, pulito, elegante, con una splendida piscina riscaldata e comodo parcheggio. Ottima cucina. Personale sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e cortese. Ben al di sopra delle aspettative la gentilezza di mettere a disposizione la camera già alle ore 10 del giorno d'arrivo e se possible, fino alle 16 del giorno di partenza, cosa di solito molto rara, ma di grande utilità soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini, che in questo albergo troveranno tutte le comodità. Consigliatissimo.

Di passaggio per cesenatico abbiamo prenotato per una notte . Viaggiavamo con una bambina di 3 mesi. In albergo ci hanno procurato una culla e fatto attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di pomeriggio stanchi e affamati e anche se la cucina era chiusa ci hanno preparato due ottime piadine . Trattamento eccellente ! Grazie . Colazione a buffet varia e molto buona. Torte fatte in casa . Possibilità di farsi un estratto di frutta e verdura a scelta . Piscina esterna curata e accogliente . Se dovessimo ripassare , speriamo per un soggiorno lungo , cercheremo di prendere una stanza :) .
