Very friendly and helpful front desk employee. He kindly helped us store luggage at check-out so we could attend a booked tour. He also booked us a taxi to take us to the bus station when we got back so we would not waste any time. He made our departure day so efficient!

Pleasant, cozy stay with this hotel. Room conditions were much better than what they look in the photos. They should update them:) Nice location close to the castle. Warm welcoming and service from the staff is unforgettable and wish I can visit once again in the future!

The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. Power outlets were far from the bed, and although there was an electric kettle, the only outlet was near the window, which required climbing onto the bed to use it — not very convenient. The room was quite compact, and the bathroom only had a bathtub, so I had to be careful not to splash water while showering. Breakfast was excellent. However, luggage storage was not available at check-out. When I arrived early before check-in and needed to store my luggage, I had to make a phone call and wait for someone to come, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay.

I have some mixed feelings on this property and I want to be both fair and transparent. Breakfast was very good. The room was well-equipped and very clean. Location was great and we had a nice view to the old town. The but: this property is supposed to have parking, which you are required to reserve in advance. Now, I wrote asking to reserve a spot about 12 days before my stay; and I was told that unfortunately "at this time, our private parking lot is fully occupied." I couldn't help to notice during my stay...that it was not cully occupied, and so I took a photo of the parking lot early the next morning, around 8 AM (uploaded here). So, it still annoys me that: a) I have the feeling that I was not told the truth; b) I had to drag two trolleys of 20 kg each for about 600-700 meters from P1 near the castle...when probably there was no need to.

Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message since she left immediately after giving the key. I never got the reply. All in all, it was a terrible stay. Please save your money and dont book this property.
