Grate location, very nice room, very clean. The communication with the hotel was great via email and phone. Located at the central piazza …..it was just great!

A really nice hotel but significant issues with air conditioning- didn’t work properly when it was on and is turned off for most of the night - not great in early summer in Tuscany with 30 plus temps. Needs to be addressed.
