everything is good except one bed is not wide

Old room and equipment (maybe you can think it's traditional)，but clean and with air conditioner. Bed is comfortable but one is too small for 2 person.

We had a very god night’s sleep and the hotel had some very charming features. Also, the parking was very easy. However, there was a lot of dust in our room ( huge clumps of it) and the breakfast was €10 a head, which seemed extortionate - so we went elsewhere for that. All in all, a pretty place with excellent parking, but not particularly clean and somewhat overpriced. The hotel also takes a long time to respond to messages. Would be nice if these improvements were made.

Bad hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

We arrive at 3.40pm in hot sun. The hotel refuse to let us in to the hotel We just want shade and sit down in the lobby for waiting That happen in the 14th june night Then there are 2 dogs and 1 cats always walk around the lobby and sitting on breakfast table Which the staff seem not to care at all. Then on the 15th june 10.30 am. The hotel manager or owner ask us to move to 4th floor and the hotel has no lift and no service to help us carry the laggauges. The staff never apologize for the inconvenience. And when my dad is arguing, the hotel staff ask us to leave the hotels, so we cannot stay in the hotel.

Rezeption nur von 16.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr besetzt. Kamen später an Hotel war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Positiv:durften Pkw vor dem Hotel trotz Parkverbot parken. Frühstück dürftig, Saft nur auf Aufforderung, Schinken u. Käse minimalistisch nur auf Aufforderung.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Hôtel situé à 2 pas de la gare SNCF de Chagny. Hôtel à la décoration d'époque mais très bien équipé. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment top et nous avons eu la chance de manger un excellent repas bourguignon préparé par le gérant le soir ! Seul bémol sur l'insonorisation des chambres qui n'est pas optimale. Mais globalement c'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Wir haben das Hotel besucht als Zwischenstopp nach Südfrankreich. Das Hotel ist charmant und sehr gut gelegen. Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, nettes Personal, die Zimmer zum Garten absolut ruhig. Chagny ist ein lebendiger schöner Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants ( empfehlenswert „Pierre et Jean ). Am Sonntagmorgen sehr schöner Markt.

We had requested a quiet room. We arrived to find that we had been given one overlooking the main road, and when saying that I had requested a quiet one the owner was quiet aggressive and said that only people who had rung up could expect that. He arranged a swap with a room overlooking the back, but it was up 2 more flights and was smaller - not a big problem but he would not allow us a kettle, despite the fact that our allocated room had a kettle and we were still paying for that bigger room. He was very brusque,.

Hôtel classé 3 étoiles ? Pas de sèche cheveux Salle bain étroit (1,5 à 2 m2 avec wc et bac à douche étroit à marche haute de 40 cm?) 3 eme étage sans ascenseur ? L’accueil est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Comfortable hotel for stopover

Excellent stay, hotel is quaint, accepts dogs. The welcome is very friendly and breakfast is good. Nice restaurants around the hotel as well.
