“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they won’t show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal. This resort provided free shuttle to their own beach in Grace Bay,...

Very quiet hotel, so if you are looking for any entertainment, you need to go elsewhere.. but this were perfect for us!!. You need a cab to get to the restaurants and shopping, but there are a few restaurants close by… The restaurant on the property, Two West, was delicious for breakfast and dinner!! We will be back!!”

“Had a absolutely wonderful stay at resort. Condo was exactly as shown on line pictures. Pool was beautiful and very clean, ocean -beach is only a short walk away. Beach was absolutely beautiful with white sand and very clean. There is a restaurant but they only serve lunch and dinner - no breakfast. It is a remote area but if you are looking for a laid back resort - this is the one for you. ”

If you want to simply sit at a nice beach it’s good because that is all there is to do, nothing is nearby , I will not return”
