"Have used this hotel in the past - I think about 6 other visits; it's our 'go-to' Chamonix hotel. Very clean, lovely helpful staff. Quaint style with well appointed rooms. Close to restaurants and shops and short walk to the bus stop. Can walk to the cable car station for the Brevent. It has other amenities that we have not yet tried like the spa and hot tub, restaurant (always have been too much on the go to hike). We will be back"

I reported that I had forgotten it less than 12 hours after checking out ( we had moved to an adjacent hotel for a pre-planned trip). They reported that they could not find the jacket. So a $400 JACKET is gone - and there can’t be many people that entered the room in such a short time period. Great property - but don’t forget anything there!"
