The room was clean, roomy, comfortable & clean bed, nice lightings, quiet, and safe area around. Breakfast was variety of choices. All time coffee and hot water service were nice as well. "Water slide and pools were hits with the kids. Gift shop was handy to be able to get a drink or snack but closing at 9pm leaves you kind of high and dry if you don’t plan ahead. Gym was good, as well. "
"It was a nice property with lovely rooms. At the time, only 1/3 elevators was operational which led to long waits. If you’re on foot, this is a bit of a tricky place to get in and out of (if you have a vehicle that’s fine.) Shuttle was appreciated! "
"Hotel offers amazing views, close to cruise pier, and area attractions with Hop on/off bus stop right outside hotel. Staff was great. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We got off our cruise ship and were able to walk to hotel and check our luggage until check in time while we went exploring. VIP upgraded room had a French balcony allowing for a beautiful view. Given a 20% off coupon as part of VIP upgrade for dining in hotel restaurant. Food was delicious! Would definitely stay there again if in Vancouver!"

"Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the water pressure on the 3rd floor, sometimes almost no water would come out but it only lasted a few minutes and it would get back to normal. I would stay there again as the prices were very reasonable and the cleanliness met my standards. "
