“Beautiful views and fresh air. Helium was a fantastic host, always polite and ready to help us however we needed. House was clean and bedroom was as described. Our flight was late in the evening so we were allowed to stay an extra 6 hours and Helium even went to collect some food. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. We loved it here and plan to return. Thank you Helium and mama❣️”

“Gurung's Home has truly become my home away from home. I stay here - nowhere else! - whenever i'm in Kathmandu. The staff is the family, and they are so welcoming, and able to help me with my transportation issues. It is a little bit hard for the taxis to find the address, because Google Maps directs them to a pedestrian street. But about five minutes out of the way, and you can find it. The location is cool because the bustling city is right nearby, but the hotel is on a quiet side street....

“Cet établissement est tres bien placé pres du Thamel mais demeure excessivement calme. Chaque etage dispose de terrasses utilisables agréablement decorees. Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Côté petit dejeuner , aucun reproche à formuler non plus. “L'accueil lors du Check on est vraiment très friendly. Tous les personnel est vraiment attentionné. La chambre est une grande chambre avec eau chaude et linges de bains. C’est très propre. Le petit-déjeuner en self service est simple mais très bon. Le rapport prix/qualité est excellent pour ce petit hôtel. Je reviendrai si je passe par Kathmandu.”

"All good. good location, clean neat and comfortable. I love to stay here whenever I come to Kathmandu. one poor thing I experienced was the breakfast. overall the quality and the dishes were poor. didn't have much to eat which is sad and I needed to have breakfast as this was for business trip."
