"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

The property is very difficult to find with no English signage even with the KakaoMap app. Mat beds on the foor and no seating except the mat, cluttered courtyard area.
