Good location and clean.

Clean and firm bed. Good location and easy parking. SUVs might not be able to park once floor parking is full. Free breakfast was good but coffee bar was not running. Only instant coffee machine available. Lobby always busy but staff working hard. Overall it was good stay here and will recommend it to my friends and family.

It's a new building and well-maintained. Free breakfast (Korean Style). The laundry room is a plus. Convenient Stores nearby and a Coffee Shop by the front desk. Definitely will stay in this hotel again next time.

지난주 출장 일정으로 창원에 머무는 동안 토요코인 창원 호텔에 2박 3일간 숙박했습니다. 출장이 잦은 편이라 여러 호텔을 이용해왔지만, 이번 숙박은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 효율적인 일본식 비즈니스 호텔의 장점을 잘 느낄 수 있는 경험이었습니다. 먼저 위치는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 창원중앙역에서 도보 5분 이내 거리에 있어 교통 접근성이 뛰어났고, 주변에 편의점, 식당, 카페 등이 밀집해 있어 출장 중 간단히 식사나 커피를 해결하기에도 좋았습니다. 늦은 시간에도 조용하고 안전한 분위기여서 여성 단독 투숙객에게도 적합할 것 같습니다. 체크인 과정은 빠르고 친절했습니다. 프런트 직원분들이 일본식 서비스 매뉴얼에 따라 정중하게 응대해주셨고, 예약 정보 확인 및 객실 안내가 매끄러웠습니다. 토요코인 멤버십을 통해 포인트 적립과 간단한 혜택도 받을 수 있었습니다. 객실은 크지는 않지만 효율적으로 설계되어 있습니다. 침대, 책상, TV, 냉장고, 전기포트 등 필요한 시설이 모두 갖춰져 있었고, 공간 낭비 없이 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 포근했으며, 베개 높이도 적당해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 욕실은 일본식 유닛바스 구조로 작지만 매우 청결했고, 수건과 어메니티(샴푸, 린스, 바디워시)도 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 물 온도 조절이 정확해서 샤워할 때 불편함이 없었습니다.
