Property was in a great spot, within walking distance for many places!!! They arranged our transportation when requested. Very comfy beds, fantastic shower!!! Only issue was jack hammering all day across the street, so very noisy at this time so may want to ask if it was completed before you book.

A bit noisy at night, but that's basically guaranteed staying anywhere near the harbour. The entire atmosphere here was great though. Also the steam shower was amazing!

This place is great! There is a club right underneath, so you can hear that late into the night, but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was nicely updated, beautiful room. All of the staff is amazing and kind, and the shuttle driver was so nice, as well.

Great apartment right in the heart of the harbour and old town. Lovely views of the harbour and beyond. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great choice. One thing to think about is to add a full length mirror in the rooms

The staff petson Peter was not very welcoming. It's inconvenient to not have anyone on site when checking in. We arrived late due car rental issues with tje company so we arrived very late. Absolutely no parking details when we booked that should have been upfront. And he wasn't helpful with that either. Though room and location was PERFECT.

This property is within walking distance to shopping, dining and beaches. The view from the balcony is aamazing. Room is spacious and amenities are new and clean. The only inconvenience there is no dedicated parking to this hotel & unfortunately street parking close by is very challenging.

This place is a gem

I travelled with a friend and we stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room. It was clean and comfortable and we utilized both floors so that we would have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony is an amazing perk and we spent a lot of our downtime in between daytime excursions and dinner sipping wine on the balcony and just looking out on the beautiful harbour. Housekeeping was done every morning and our room was always tidy and fresh. We were able to find parking on the street or very close by with no issues. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a future visit. Its quite and quaint but it felt like home. The area is very safe and we were comfortable strolling out in the early hours or late in the evening.

Hôtel looks great and is very clean with helpful staff. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well, the bed was very hard, I woke up everyday with pain in my body from sleeping in such a hard mattress. Also, instead of having a queen bed, they put 2 twin bed next to each other with is very inconvenient. Beds can move a little when we move during sleep, then there is a hole in the middle and stuff can fall in there it’s just really inconvenient for what they call a 5 star hotel

Nice place but very loud all through the night.

The property is located in a perfect location with lots of restaurants (skip the ones along the water and head into the street of the old town for quality food) The breakfast area is five minutes away at a sister hotel, it was nice with lots of choices. The rooms simple but clean. Room 8 and 9 only have one small window so quite dark. The only issue we had was there is a bar bellow the property and every night we were awakened until 4:00 am with thumping music and drunk people. 5:30 on Saturday night!! It was brutal. For that reason, unless you are a solid sleeper, I would not stay there again.

Great stay, Greta location

Great room. Less than one black from the port harbor. Superior air conditioning and shower. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had trouble finding the check in hotel and the woman working was extremely helpful.
