Spotless room with balcony. We arrived earlier than expected and the room was already prepared for us. Great breakfast, hot and cold food with plenty of choice. Hotel is very well located for exploring Chania and would use again

Lovely hotel on a great street! Just outside of the main harbour and only took 3 minutes to get there, great breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots all around! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience, staff super friendly and helpful. Although property is hundreds of years in or but the Rooftops rooms were all upgraded and clean. Location is the best if you like to experience living in the old town experience. 👍👍

Property is located in an excellent location No elevator and we needed to walk up two flights of stairs that were steep. Standard room category are rooms with windows facing back alleys No view!! Rooms with balconies are much nicer but non available for an up grade. Very basic breakfast Bread was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean

The women running the property were lovely, especially Maria, the breakfast Chef. Each day she surprised us with delicious tasty Greek treats! Absolutely amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. No fault of management, there is some noise at night from the adjacent restaurants. A sleep app can drown it out though! The women were all great here and welcoming.

Very nice stay

Very nice hotel at the very good place. Excellent breakfast, big rooms and beautiful place. Only little thing there should have been A wine bottle ready in the room for silver client and there was not and there wasn’t anyone at the reception in the evening or in the morning before we left so we could not ask for that. But all the other things were great.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal. We were staying with friends in Old Town Chania for a week and there are no cars within the city. She outlined a map and it was quite a walk with our suitcases but we never got lost. Great customer service. Tell her Thankyou.

Great value

Well-situated hotel for old town Chania that is close to the lighthouse, shops and dining. No elevator, but bellman will assist during regular hours. (3 story hotel). Small bathroom. Fantastic service, we left both days before breakfast hours and hotel packed it for us the night before.

Really great service, kind and welcoming personnel, and great room. The only negative thing I have to say is that the beds were a little too hard for me, but that’s a personal opinion. I have a pretty hard bed at home so I like them that way, but these were on the brink of to hard.

The hotel is located in a great location in the old town of Chania ! Very convenient on that end and the staff is nice. However we were disappointed by the hotel and its amenities which are very old and which you don’t see on the Expedia’s pictures because they did rebuild the facade of the hotel but not the inside. First, our room was on the ground floor, with no possibility of opening the window since it was a little outdoor area where some people come to sit, smoke a cigarette or dry their towels. And since we were on the ground floor we could hear the lady who was preparing the breakfast since there was a lady’s bathroom that got converted into a storage room next to us. Second, the breakfast is really basic.

Lovely location so convenient for walking and dining. Staff all extremely polite and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast very good. Our only criticism is the lack of a lift which meant my 80 year old husband having to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs as we had a late arrival and no staff on duty.

The place to be in Chania

Very good position to both the city centre and chora beach, if you are up for a 10 minutes stroll in the morning. Staff extremely helpful for any needs. If ever in Chania again, that is the olace to be.

We only stayed one night. They let us store our luggage when we arrived early in the morning. The location is stellar, in the old town. But there was no parking, so we parked 15 minutes away and had to walk in with our luggage. Our room was large and clean.
