I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing. Such a lovely hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast everyday was delicious and very fresh! Fresh OJ every morning on the beach can't be beat. Always plenty of food with great choices. The service is top notch - for breakfast and the rest of the day. We got lunch on the beach one day and that was delicious too! And the gelato (although the scoops were a little small). The front desk (Sophia) was so helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The jacuzzi on our patio was great, but not quite hot enough. They could not make it warmer, but did put a solar cover on it. That didn't help much though because it wasn't too hot while we were there. Not sure if i would pay for that upgrade again. But, would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it!

Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from.

Small quiet resort. Beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious and well priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy free accessible parking. Hotel provided a list of local restaurants as well things to do or see that they recommended.

Heavenly home for a week in Crete

Great value for a great location. 20 minutes from Chania and many western points of interest. A great pool and the best beach location in Agia Marina IMO. A unique island was across from our beach which was cool. Good food and drinks at the convenient bar. Good snorkeling a short walk down the beach where a lot of rocks are found but very safe

App made a mistake and they were more than accommodation. Beach was amazing, staff was amazing at front desk and bar/resto, pools were amazing! Zero complaints. Breakfast on the beach .. you can’t go wrong! Even got a unique gift on the way out.

Personal, unique and comfortable beach hotel

Our stay at Vergina was a unique experience. The hotel placed at the beach was a perfect location for relaxing days in the sun and great restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a very personal atmosphere and the staff members always talked to us and greeted. Our son was so sad on the last day, when he couldn’t say goodbye to one of the guys that was off duty. We will hopefully have the chance to visit the hotel again, it was the best hotel experience we have had!
