Rooms were beautiful and clean and updated. It was in a great location, walking distance to beaches and right in the center of town. We booked the room on the top floor so we had a stunning view and large patio. I didn’t really like that our patio had public access to anyone staying in the hotel, especially since the one wall facing the patio was made completely of glass. We were always worried about privacy. It also was not very clear that there would be no elevator, so we had to take two suitcases up and down 5 flights of stairs. Our actual unit could not be smaller if they tried. There was absolutely zero space to open up our bag and the way we left them, we tripped over them every time coming in and out of the bathroom. We did not receive any room cleaning. The front desk also closes at 4:00pm. We were given clear instructions on how to collect our key and check in on our own, still though 4:00pm is very early.

The location is great and the place is very clean. The only downside is that there’s no elevator. With my elderly mom and luggage to the fourth floor, it’s a struggle.

The best location in Chania old town and Anna has been absolutely phenomenal. She made our stay so much more memorable. 11 out of 10 service, highly recommended!
