Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app. I did not provide my name but he figured out who I was because the doorman remembered me. I felt safe and comfortable staying here and it has the best gym I’ve ever used in a hotel, it’s on the 6th floor. The one complaint I have, is when it’s sunny, the flooring they use around the pool area, will burn your feet, bad, terrible material choice. I had to splash water around the area of my chair, but even that didn’t help much. Other than that, everything else was great, the buffet too is phenomenal, great price too and opene early. "
