“Very conveniently located hotel. Room was very nice and meticulously cleaned and fresh daily. The daily breakfast was a wonderful treat. The lush grounds had avocado trees and fruit trees. Beautiful property within easy safe walking distance to the malecón and restaurants.”

There was no desk or place for me to use my computer. The hangers in the closet were so high I had difficulty reaching them. The mat in the bathroom was so thick I had trouble opening the shower door. There were no grab bars in the shower. Both the sink and the shower had unlabeled shampoo or soap -- who...

“They should list airport transportation to their amenities, I hadn’t booked with them for that reason and I called to ask if they would call a taxi for me and they told me they had transportation to the airport so this is where I’ll be staying from now on on my return home”
