“Beautiful grounds, if you have mobility issues it would be a great challenge, no carts to get things to your room due to layout of property. Man who was there when I checked in seemed to be the manager. He was rude. No carts to get my things up several bumpy ramps, he seemed annoyed I asked for help. Was there for 5 days, never saw him smile at me or anyone else. Lock on my room was broken the whole time but no one ever came to fix it. Other staff somewhat more friendly. Fabulous breakfast but...

“We booked this property for a week during a national holiday. Other properties were already booked in the area and we were drawn to the property because of its location and beautiful lush gardens in the photos. Property is in need of repairs, cleaning and general maintenance both indoor and out. Low water pressure showers. Room was not clean and once we stripped the bed covers and sheets, there were multiple stains on the mattress covers. Tiny black ants? all over bathroom counter. Could not...
