"The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Areas were clean. The walls are VERY thin—- you can hear what’s going on in the other room. Free parking and free breakfast were the biggest draws. "

"The Room had a lot of issues. The hot tub faucet wasn’t sealed in the tub. The ceiling leaked water above the tub and you could hear the people above you walk like having upstairs neighbors and they told me I’d get my 150$ deposit back in five days it’s been ten. I wouldn’t stay here again as a first choice."

"Property is in a great location but staff was less than expected. When I told them the dispenser for body wash was empty, they wrote in my account (and my receipt) that I complained. I just told them about it because I had previously said we didn’t need room maintenance during our stay so they weren’t coming. Expedia tells you that it’s “all in pricing “ and what you have to pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel they charged my card more than what Expedia said they would because there was a charge for parking. When I asked what the whole charge was for, they said for breakfast. Breakfast basics consisted of coffee and a granola bar or stuff you get in a vending machine, nothing hot. The next day they charged my card an additional $115 dollars without even a conversation. When I asked about that they said it was for my dog, even though when I searched on Expedia it was for properties that accepted pets so it should have been included with the total dollar amount on the website. I wouldn’t have booked the reservation had I known it was not already added. I also missed an indoor pool and workout room. The pool was outside and not opened yet. Although the property itself was clean and maintained I probably will not book here again "

"Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. We continue to stay here due to the location as you can walk right into town and it’s just off the bike path. Hopefully they’ll put some more attention into the property."
