“The room was small but met our needs. It was clean and updated on the interior. Exterior and the walkways throughout the property were less updated. The pool was warm and clean. The kitchen only had a cooktop, no oven, which was a surprise, but there were grills available outside so we made it work. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was very difficult to find the cottage at first. After I checked in I took a shower and left to eat. After a long drive I finally wanted to lay down and relax, but the TV didn’t work. There was no wifi. After my body started itching. The whole bed was full of animal hair! And some human hair as well. The sheets were not cleaned at all! Very disappointing. I left the place and booked a hotel in town. Luckily the property agreed to give me a refund.”

“Cute, Clean, Convenient & Close to everything! These cottages are adorable! Super clean, decorated very coastal charm, on the water and walkable to just about everything! Coffee shop right around the corner, shops, dining, donuts and more all walkable - you can walk either direction and get to things in mins. “This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

“There was very little communication with a human being, which was just fine! The only question we had to speak to someone about was to confirm that we could bring our dog and we had to pay an extra fee on top of the online payment.
The description could’ve been a little clearer. We thought we’d be in a separate cabin but ended up sharing walls with another room. Overall, comfortable, clean, quiet, great location and value.”
