“This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”

“This hotel feels like a small resort tucked away by the Hyannis harbor. It is a bit of a walk from Main St (15min) but still totally doable. Parking is a little crazy (understandably, as it's a prime location) and it's important for guests to know to take their room key with them when they leave, as it is needed to exit the parking lot. “Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee.
