We always enjoy our stay at the Mansion House Inn and Spa. Unfortunately the nor'easter prevented us from enjoy the roof top patio overlooking the habor or our balcony but the accommodations were top notch as always (rooms and property are very clean and well maintained) and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location in downtown Vineyard Haven. Staff was very friendly and welcomed us back every time we came back to the hotel. They have a full gym with a saltwater pool downstairs which was great when it rained. The light breakfast of cereal, coffee, oatmeal, and greek yogurt was a nice start to the day.

I loved the location of this property and its proximity to restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast is a great perk with a lot of choices in teas! Lol - I love a good cup of tea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. And, we loved sipping lemonade on the roof while watching the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel. We would stay here again!

Everything at this hotel was top notch. Customer Service was exceptional; Room was amazing, spacious and very clean; the amenities were on point. Within walking distance to a convenient store, the ferry, the bus and many restaurants. Boutique shopping on same street. I already booked it for next year. The staff, particularly Traven, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The property was well-maintained and conveniently located. Getting around was easy, and they provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a pet-friendly room, and I was surprised how it did not have one pet smell; the air was so clean. I do recommend that besides lemonade on the roof, they should have a container of cold water at all times for guests in their lounge, even if it’s charged.

The room was beautiful with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. We also had a cute balcony porch. My daughter said the gym was wonderful. We unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. The staff downstairs at the desk were very helpful in instructing us about public transportation and any other questions we had about the community. Mansion House is a great place to stay and would definitely go back there again.
