The room and property was as expected for the price of about $78 per night, off-season. Water pressure was good; shower, sink, and toilet worked well. Was a bit musty inside, windows remain from the old days: thin and not locked securely. Owner and staff were pleasant.

This was a quick overnight stay. The area outside is clean with free parking. No free breakfast but there is a nice breakfast /coffee place across the street. Check in and Check out was easy. The room was clean. Love that the floor is not rugged. Quiet area even with it being on a main road. I would stay here again. Overall rate 5/5

It was conveniently located away from the Rt 6 (main rout through the cape) but close. Also close to Hyannis, and the ferry docks. Keltic kitchen down the road is the best and most affordable breakfast spot I have been to in quite a long time…

The proximity to Hyanis without exorbitant cost. From the outside it looks wornout,but the room was large with m8crowave and fridge. It is only a plzce to sleep while being out and about

Older property. It’s off season so room had musty smell. They cleaned up everyday sprayed air freshener and all was cool. Best rates on the Cape for that weekend.

Hotel room

Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were not comfortable, very hard mattresses but we're large enough for me and my wife and my two young adults. Hard to get out of the driveway as the pool fence blocks the road view for on coming traffic. I would recommend this hotel!

The outside of this hotel is really really bad. The people staying in the room below us had garbage everywhere and a grill, lots of people hanging outside but looked more like they lived there, and someone knocked on our door at 3am. Would not recommend or stay again.
