"Very nice hotel. Our only complaints were the people slamming their doors throughout the night. It was loud! Also, hotel is advertised as having air conditioning. There is a thermostat on on the wall however it did not cool the room when we placed it on this setting. We came back about one hour later and it was the same. My husband called the front desk and was informed there is no A/C. If we wanted cooler temperatures we were instructed to open our window. It was a bit too warm for us and very...

"Staff were wonderful! June was so helpful with questions, directions, and communication given that I only speak English--she was so lovely and gracious! They entire staff through my stay were so kind. Breakfast every morning was delightful and dinner in the restaurant was delcious as well. Great location tucked up in the hills with the bus stop right near by so everything was super accessible. Would definitely recommend!"

"Notre chambre était spacieuse. Literie de qualité, lit confortable. Très propre. Le personnel nous a bien guidé et conseillé pour les activités. Le déjeuner comprend plusieurs choix (pain, viennoiseries, céréales, granolas, œuf, yogourt), choix de confiture, jus maison. La salle de restaurant est au niveau terrasse dont la vue donne sur le lac."
