"Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. All 5 pillows were the same. Temp in room wouldn’t drop below 21C with AC., that is the setting. Hard to stay cool with only comforter provided, no sheets provided as alternative. Had poor sleep as a result of these"

"Helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms. Pool - even though it was empty, you need to make bookings to use pool.Also, 6pm restriction for kids is too harsh. On holiday, kids would like to stay longer in pool - may be 7pm could help."

"The room was clean the hotels in a great location. The young female receptionist was great. The food can not be altered is its basically premade ready meals I think the hotel can do better. All in all we had a pleasant stay in belguim"

"Excellent business hotel outside Haarlem. Had dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. Nice lounge with coffee and tea. Ample parking included Hotel modern and clean. The reason the place lost a star wad access. We can easily see the building, but approach street via navigation was blocked for pedestrians. Drove around the building 3 times, until we saw an unmarked turn. The turn should have been marked, and directions posted on the blocked street."
