The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte
I will admit I had some reservations due to the price per hotel room, but the staff's professional nature and quick responses were exceptional. The decor and luxuriousness definitely made me feel like a VIP. I would certainly stay here again- especially for the quality of the bed and the shower!
