Nous cherchions le calme et la sérénité et nous l’avons trouvé ici. Nous avions une des plus petite chambre mais bien équipée, décorée avec goût et des équipements de qualité. Rien à redire sur la propreté, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans le reste de la résidence. Le petit déjeuner est royal !

Fernsehkanäle etwas sehr einseitig. Von den 34 erhaltenen Sendern waren tatsächlich 32 francophone. Ein Lokalsender auf deutsch (Tele Bienne) und noch ein Sender, auch hier allerdings wurde französisch gesprochen. Für mich gar kein Problem da ich aus der Gegend bin, für meine Frau und vermutlich viele weitere Gäste ist dieses Angebot nicht befriedigend. In Asien erhalte ich fast überall zumindest die deutsche Welle. Hier müssen sie über die Bücher. Ein paar Sender auf deutsch einzurichten und zu programmieren sollte machbar sein. Ich hätte es gekonnt, wollte aber nicht alles verändern. Dies war negativ. Beste Grüsse René Buchs

Belle chambre, simple et avec une bonne literie. Le seul petit reproche , peut-être une meilleure isolation phonique avec le couloir notamment. Sinon très bien, bon petit déjeuner et les 3 heures de bains offertes par nuité sont intéressantes.

Alles war tiptop, wir würden sofort wieder im Le Sapin buchen, aber der Service ( Bedienung - eine junge Deutsche, der Herr war freundlich ) beim Morgenessen war unfreundlich, schnippisch, liess uns lange warten - alles in allem zum vergessen und nicht wieder buchen :-(

스키타기에 좋은 위치, 그리고 친절한 직원

일단, 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 스키리조트까지 도보로만 걸어가기에도 좋았고. 스키 렌탈하는 가게는 걸어서 1분거리여서 이점또한 만족합니다. 방문당시, 호텔이 부분 공사중이어서 호텔이 다소 정신이 없었지만, 메인 프론트에 있던 직원도 친절하셨고 도움주시려고 하는 모습이 참 좋게 느껴졌습니다. 코로나 덕에 아침은 룸서비스로 대체했지만 음식 충분했고요~ 쨈 종류가 4개가 되어서 깜놀..했습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 다음에 이 지역에 온다면 다시 투숙할 의향이 있습니다 .추천~!

Friendly staff, nice causy room, very quite - and beautyful view from 4th floor room balcony. Breakfast room is missing a bit of atmosphaere - but overall, we would come back
