“Great location, beautiful property. Hotel is located right on the edge of Lake Superior with plenty of areas to relax and walk. The on-site restaurant had a limited but good menu. They’re open from breakfast through dinner. Prices are average to average high. Great service and great tasting food. Good portion size. Overall, the rooms are ok. Our room was clean with comfy beds. The room could use some updating. Walls are a little thin. We would have no reservations about staying again. ...

“I was grateful to find a hotel/motel at a reasonable price. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable with pillow options (soft and firm). The building was unique as we could see where additions had been made over the years. The breakfast was very very nice! Lots of options which we appreciated. The only problem was the toilet handle stuck and the toilet ran all night. Didn't bother us, but I'm sure the hotel management would rather not waste water like that. I would stay here...
