Fun and comfortable place to stay

Overall a good hotel. The food is good, and served in a fun venue. The evening buffet has something for vegetarians but it's overpriced unless you eat meat. This is common for the region. I suspect the food is of a very high quality. The pirate theme is great for kids, and make the place a bit different for adults. The dining room is lovely to look at. The main drawback at certain times of the year is that the hotel isn't air conditioned. If it's not hot weather, this won't matter.

Don't do it!

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Un ménage plus sérieux aurait évité de trouver des cheveux des précédents occupants. Certes, le coin douche est petit mais, il aurait assurément mérité une vraie cabine de douche avec une vraie porte pour garantir un minimum d’intimité durant sa toilette.

Le petit dej à 14,90€ très cher pour ce qu’il y avait , quand il y avait !!! En effet arrivés à 9h30 plus rien! Qu’un petit pain , pas de choix! Le salé nous a bien fait rire, que du froid pas œufs brouillés ou bacon ou autres… C’est vraiment du vol!! Et en plus on nous place obligatoirement du côté où il y a l’aire de jeu TRÈS bruyante alors qu’on aurait moins de bruit de l’autre côté!

Hôtel agréable ; chambre bien aménagée avec beaucoup de rangement. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Mais pas de salle de douche ; la douche se trouve dans la chambre. Un simple rideau sert de séparation. Lavabo également au milieu de la chambre. Niveau intimité ce n'est pas terrible. Et malheureusement nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruit la nuit vers 1h du matin..Embêtant! Point fort ; le restaurant! Très bonne ambiance. Buffet à volonté de qualité. Animations pour les enfants. Personnel très agréable et professionnel.

Pour un premier week-end en famille au Futuroscope le choix de l'hôtel semblait bien mais décevant, chambe non climatisé 40° extérieur, rez de chaussée donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, à cinq adultes dans la chambre très difficile de trouver le sommeil. Distributeur de boissons fraîches dans le hall vide .
