"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"The rooms were big and felt like heaven with the amenities. Location was great. Complimentary drinks every afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for more!"

"I have stayed at this hotel now more than once and i love the location, the staff is outstanding and its great having a washer and drier in the room. It is surprisingly hard to find. It is very close to american village which is very nice and plenty of good eateries and restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. The only negative thing i can say about the property is it is somewhat run down in some of the rooms. Wallpaper peeling off and damaged floors. But that is the only thing negative i can say. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!!"

"Breakfast was great with such a wide variety of items. Room was clean. However the pool hours are a bit inconvenient. The pool closes at 7pm and you need to pay to get in after that. Therefore, we got to use the pool once for about 15 minutes and we stayed 4 nights. Honestly, might as well have stayed at a hotel with no pool."

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Nahana Spa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son excellent emplacement, qui permet de tout faire facilement. L’hébergement était bien. Enfin, le personnel a été très sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous recommandons cet hôtel avec plaisir."

"The hotel is locates in a quiet and peaceful area, they have an incredible Nikai beach on a site. There is also a decent swimming pool. Staff were really attentive and helpful all the time. Breakfast and lunch were top notch with good variety of options available. Parking is free for the guests so you can enjoy short trips around. There is also Gala in 10 min walk (2 min drive) where you can find little souvenir shop, few cafes, snorkelling and diving company (highly recommend to use them), horse riding etc."

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."
