No staff for check-in, just a tablet which worked fine for us. No cleaning during the 3 days we stayed which again was fine for us. The separate washer and dryer on site were nice. I wish I could live here, even with all the tourists, its such a great place in Okinawa, convenient to my life with everything a foreigner could want. Currency Exchange, shopping, nature, Public transportation, Quick access to most of the Bases.
