"Very friendly and accommodating. No unpleasant surprises. The staff are great. We were able to check in early for a small fee. The hotel is easily within walking distance of everything in American Village. The breakfast buffet is a traditional style, so be ready for that. Taxis and tour buses are readily available. There is in room air conditioning which is important if you plan to be out walking during the day. Housekeeping on request. No problems whatsoever. I would stay here again."

For example, parking is in specific spots, I came home one evening and found another car in my spot, I couldn't do anything about it.
