“Heerlijk ontbijt, hele nette kamers, ideale locatie, prachtig zicht vanaf het dakterras, steeds lekkere koffie en fris water beschikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen terug!”

“The hotel itself was great as well as the restaurant. Unsure how I didn’t know it was connected to a casino before booking but I was caught off guard when it felt like I was checking into the circus casino when it’s the same space as the hotel. “good hotel in general, but room not really satisfactory and clean”

“The bedroom wasn’t the cleanest. Some stains on the cover. It said it had city view, but the views was bricks.”

“The location couldn’t be better in Dinant. Arrival instructions were very easy & the garage was super convenient. It was worth the value and would recommend. Also, the cafe next door was amazing so that’s also convenient.”

“The hotel staff were quite indifferent, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. We felt that guest satisfaction was not a priority at this hotel. Significant improvements are needed in both service quality and staff attitude.”

“Nice staf, Clean rooms. Nice surrounding”
