Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en couple à La Grande Terrasse & Spa pour célébrer mon anniversaire, et l’expérience a globalement été très positive. L’hôtel est superbe, chaleureux, et le personnel particulièrement agréable, toujours disponible et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’espace bien-être, moderne et très agréable. La piscine intérieure est vraiment un plus, même si j’aurais aimé 2 à 3 degrés de plus pour que l’eau soit parfaitement confortable. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, mais à mon sens un peu trop petite : on s’y sent vite à l’étroit pour un séjour à deux. De plus, la température intérieure était un peu trop élevée, et le thermostat ne pouvait pas descendre sous 20°, ce qui était limite pour moi. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était complet, varié et de bonne qualité, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Mention spéciale également au dîner au Bistrot, vraiment délicieux, avec un service impeccable. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour pour une occasion spéciale, avec seulement quelques petits points d’amélioration sur le confort de la chambre. Je recommande l’établissement pour un week-end détente.

Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit et le confort des chambres n'est pas en adéquation avec le prix hors saison. Des oreilles gonflés à l'air, un matelas relativement confortable et aucune place pour circuler dans la pièce. La fameuse "plage privée" n'est en fait qu'un carré de sable.

Calme et reposant mais des problèmes de conception

Un excellent accueil, un excellent service, personnel très attentionné. La chambre est très propre et serait très confortable si elle n'était pas si petite. A deux on n'arrive pas à se deplacer, à peine la place pour faire le tour du lit. La conception de l'hôtel, avec son système de demi-étages, avec des escaliers ou des ascenseurs à prendre constamment, n'est pas idéale, que ce soit pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite âgées ou pour des familles avec des enfants en bas âge. Maagnifique centre aquatique intérieur avec un bassin extérieur communiquant et vue sur l'océan.

Déçu par cet hôtel, malgré une belle décoration

La décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre est très réussie. Par contre, la chambre est petite et la literie de mauvaise qualité, ce qui est inacceptable dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il y avait des creux dans le matelas. Le personnel est sympathique, le spa est bien agréable. Dommage, qu'il n' y ait eu personne pour remettre du thé et de l'eau dans la fontaine du spa le vendredi après-midi de notre séjour (pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, ça laisse un peu à désirer). Concernant les Petits déjeuners très chers, ils ne sont pas à la hauteur non plus : pains au chocolat surgelés et vraiment pas terribles, oeufs brouillés trop liquide, bacon trop salé. Par contre, les pâtisseries faites par un pâtissier partenaire étaient excellentes. Pour résumé, mauvais rapport qualité-prix. On se rapproche plus d'un bon hôtel 3 étoiles que d'un 4 étoiles.
