The AC did not work in our room. The front desk person was not helpful and all the other rooms were sold out. We had to sleep in a hot room.

The staffs are cordial except the night receptionist that was working the night we checked in on 5-12-2024 was abrupt, not friendly, gave us a room 430 which was not cleaned enough with 4 pillows smells like it was not change .The next morning I went @ front desk and reported the problem and in 10 minutes ,the housekeeping supervisor named Ann came and the problem was resolved

Great hotel. Bed is pretty hard. I liked that they actually do service the room when you ask. It would be so much nicer if they would realize they are a hotel and do it without being asked. The only strange thing is that the older guy breakfast attendant starts putting away the food about 10 minutes before breakfast ends. So we saw people on the days we were there who were not too happy about that. Someone who shows up 1 minute before the end time should still find everything there or else make the end time 8:50 instead of 9am.

Cons: Furniture in room was old, fabric on bed skirt and other furniture had wholes, mattress was ok but springs made loud noises. Pros: staff is nice, breakfast is ok, and room was really clean (priority for me)

The property was in a very busy, noisy area. Our room was nice, and the bed was comfortable- but it was hard to get to sleep with all of the noise. The front desk people, on both shifts- were not real friendly, helpful or hospitable. The breakfast host was great, as was the breakfast. I guess you need to choose what is important to you, and decide….

The receptionists were very nice! But the hotel smelled like cigarettes, the bathtub had hair and stains on it, so it wasn’t clean. The breakfast buffet layout is not nice, you have to go all around the place to get what you need.
