"We booked a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa bed through Expedia. When we got to the hotel they explained to us that they don't have rooms with sleeper sofas and Expedia had it wrong and they had been trying to fix that. The "sofa" was literally a love seat that even a small child could not comfortably sleep on. They were so nice and apologized and gave us a nice rollaway bed at no extra charge. We also had a very late flight the day of check out and were so kind to hold out luggage for the day so we could explore. Wonderful staff! Very nice room and great location. Will stay there again 100 percent."

"When I took the sheets off trying to make it easier for the housekeeper to clean after I leave. There was a big blood stain on the mattress. There was know one to talk to at checkout at 7:30am to tell them about the blood stain even after I rang the bell 3 times. "
