"Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par l'hôte qui s'est montré très avenant et à l'écoute. La maison est juste splendide, notre chambre était confortable et bien équipée. La salle de bains commune est très grande. Niveau propreté, tout est nickel. La piscine couverte et chauffée est juste formidable même s'il faut traverser la maison pour y accéder."

The property is in a very nice, remote, and quiet area. Chateaubriant is a ten minute drive away, with lots of nice restaurants. Dinner one evening was very plesent and good value for money. Would definitely return. "

"Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. The wildlife is incredible (I’ve never heard an all-night frog chorus before and the deer roam freely through the meadows). It is basically a private house offering rooms and a basic breakfast- not a hotel… it’s very much like taking an Air BnB room. The owner is a character but speaks virtually no...
