Wherever you're coming from, flying can be a pleasurable experience if you're prepared. We've made a list of handy hints that will get your Finningley vacation started on the right note. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- A plane trip can be a great experience if you pack the right stuff. Firstly, you'll want a few basic toiletries, such as a toothbrush and some deodorant, a spare pair of socks and something to read. Secondly, make room in your carry-on bag for your electronic gadgets, chargers, your medications and perhaps a quality neck pillow too. Lastly, and most importantly, be sure to bring your passport, travel papers and some cash.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Double-check that you don't have sharp objects (like a knife or scissors) lurking in one of the compartments of your hand luggage. Other prohibited items include flammable or explosive substances, such as aerosol cans and bleach, and liquids and gels in containers with a volume of more than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your main concern when choosing what to wear during your flight. Loose clothing is a wise choice, as are flat, closed-toe shoes.
- The result of lengthy periods of inactivity, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a blood clotting condition that can affect passengers on long-distance flights. Reduce the risks by staying hydrated, keeping your legs and ankles moving and wearing compression socks to help improve your circulation.
