“A genuinely lovely stay! Hosts were superb. Breakfast cooked to order and arrived hot, everything tasted good. Extra treat to have fresh fruit and yoghurt. Very spacious garden flat styled in relaxed elegance with everything you could reasonably need for a short stay. We stayed 3 nights and were very happy. There are steps down to the flat, so was grateful for hosts who helped with luggage. The shower is over the bath just in case that is useful information. Beds very comfortable and...

“Was nice and clean central to the town centre”

“I put a clear notice on door to say I was on nights and I was sleeping. At 1230h a loud banging on door woke me. I was asked if I needed my room servicing!!! Why was I woken to be asked that!!! The tv and microwave didn’t work, and the room carpet was wet by the door., ?why. Shared toilet/shower very inconvenient. Door handle falling off. The whole place seemed badly maintained”

“Fantastic!!!!!!”

“The staff was super helpful, Drinks and food good. Very comfy beds.”

“Good enough but not worth the rate. There best room which they use for bridal suite has a stepping ledge onto the terrace that is unstable and there was a smell in the room. They did give us a diffuser but it was still there. The heated towel rail didn’t work. However, other rooms might be great and the views are absolutely stunning.”

“Staff very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very basic. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was slow at times. Ideal location for a stay in the Cotswolds.”
