“Great hotel, great staff”

“Very good location for you to enjoy Cotswold. Lovely, spacious and clean room and kind staff. Breakfast was also satisfactory. You can enjoy your stay. Everything was what I wanted during my stay. In addition to it, I can park my car without any charge. I wanna visit again sooner or later. ”

“호텔이 깔끔하지 않았어요. 아침 메뉴는 좋았지만 역시 식당이 청결한 느낌을 주지 못했어요. 버튼 언더 워터 중심지여서 낮에는 엄청 주위가 복잡 하지만 관광객이 없는 이른 아침이나 저녁 시간에 주위를 산책하면 좋습니다. 더운 여름날 영국 여행시 호텔 에어컨, 냉장고 유무 확인이 필요합니다. 이 호텔은 둘다 방에 갖춰지지 않았습니다. ”

“Nice place which is dog friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, bar and restaurant inviting, great breakfast options and evening meal was delicious. Easy parking and location quiet but easily accessible for exploring nearby places of interest. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Great England experience in a 1000 year old inn. Central and authentic. Loved the room over the entrance with views all around. Didn’t mind banging my head on the door frame too much, but I am 5’7”! Great pub downstairs. Not modern but that is what we were looking for.”

“Stayed for 1 night with my Mum as we were visiting the Cotswolds. Was advertised with parking; but no off street parking was available. When we arrived, were greeted by a friendly lady, shown up to the room. The room was unsatisfactory - thick layer of mould all over the windows, walls & shower, dirty kettle, dust (thick & black) all over the room, dirty floor & walls, bowel motions in the toilet brush. We spoke to the lady who greeted us to which she apologised as was not aware of the above...

“Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

“Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...
