“The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. ”

“Great hotel and extremely convenient for looking at the Coba ruins. I had an issue with my A/C unit and they moved me to a new room with no questions. The lake right outside the hotel has crocodiles (!) and we were lucky enough to spot two of them in the morning. We got to the hotel in the afternoon and went to some of local Cenote's and then went to the ruins first thing in the morning - that is the best time to do it! The hotel was very nice; the food was great and the staff was superb!”
