I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about it in the AGB or anywhere else. Besides, if they assume, the child is sleeping in the parents bed, why can‘t I book the Double with one Child? I had to prepare the sofabed myself. Concerning the parking situation, we bought a week pass for the „APCOA“ parking within the Roter Turm Galerie which is quite close and was only 40€ per week.

Es wäre toll, wenn man die Tür von innen abschließen könnte. Ein physisches Schloss wäre besser. Und eine Buchungsnummer in Zahlen wäre viel besser als in Buchstaben, denn in heiklen Situationen lassen sich Zahlen viel leichter aussprechen. Aber insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Ich war schon in den meisten Hotels dieser Stadt und kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass dieses Hotel besser ist als 90 % der anderen.
