I stayed 4 nights and staff was very helpful. Good location and beautiful street. Clean rooms n relaxing bed

Same Hotel, Different Name, Rates Conditions

Stayed in 204 for two days. First day for RS 1936 ( Check in 12 to 11 am). that time hotel name was OYO Tiruvanmiyur. Next day same room for Rs 1437 as 24 hours check in that time hotel name was Season 4 Residences. Kindly note both are booked through Hotels.com, the list price showed was different. Finally they don't provide bill, even after telling them I will pay the print charge. So bad. Something is fictious

最高なホスピタリティ

少し奥まったところにありますが、とても丁寧なスタッフの対応で気持ち良く滞在できました。 但し、部屋の掃除をお願いしても最後まで伝わらず、トイレットペーパーやシャンプーなどは 自分のものを使いました。

Hotel staff not understand Hindi, and also not service quickly Breakfast only Ideli and Uttapama only, Tea & coffee was very bad only one Bath towel provided Hotel Location is good Hoyel is also clean, but no wi fi signal coverage

Room unavailable even after receiving confirmation

Booked hotel 2 weeks before stay through expedia and received confirmation mail from OYO Rooms a few days later. When I reached the hotel (Season 4 Residency, Thiruvanmiyur ) with my family after 18hrs of tiring train travel, there were no rooms available. Imagine my exasperation when OYO Rooms Customer Support asked me to wait for an hour to recieve an e-mail/SMS regarding the issue. After a long discussion (blame game) between the hotel staff and OYO Rooms Customer Support and my begging, a decision was made. Thanks to empathetic hotel staff, we got a room at hotel Kings Cross, Thiruvanmiyur. This new hotel's price was higher and so the difference was paid by OYO Rooms as a compensation for the trouble. At the end of all this we were delayed by 2 hrs, if not more. After 3 days of stay I feel that this hotel was not even worth the older price. The quality of services was not so much worth the money, especially due to breakfast, WIFI and room service. The room was congested too. In all the experience was OK if not worse.I shall think twice..no thrice before booking rooms at OYO Rooms. I hope no such issues are experienced the next time.

繁華街に近いホテル

thirvanmiyurの中心部からすぐのホテルです。良くも悪くもない、普通のホテル。スタッフは親切な方でした。

Nice location and neat, clean rooms.

Room was nice and clean but it had not been prepped for me when I was checked in. No soaps, etc. There was still some cleaning equipment in the room. Staff were polite. Breakfast was quite bad. Cold and only served after 8.40. Difficult for those visiting on work. Overall nice rooms, not very good facilities.
