For Cleanliness I will give 8 on 10. For Complemetary Breakfast I will give 8.5 on 10. Visitors are not allowed in the room even for 5 minutes. Calm and Quite Place to stay. Overall Good Experiance. Overall Rating I will give as on 10.

Toilets were not clean Bed sheet are dirty. I was travelling from London and not anticipated such a poorly run hotels. This condition is accepted for local crowds but not for people travelling from overseas.

Stay away from it

The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.
