The hotel is brand new, with a stunning modern interior and spotless cleanliness. I loved the signature hotel fragrance from the moment we entered to the toiletries used it created beautiful memories. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff service. From car arrival to every interaction, we felt warmly welcomed and personally cared for, including help arranging transport when needed. Breakfast was excellent, especially the South Indian spread, which my parents enjoyed in such a luxurious setting. Recently refurbished hotel with lovely rooms and decor. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special thank you to Manisha for looking after us so well every day at breakfast. Only downside is that the location is on the main road which isnโ€™t really suitable for walking.

Hotel is under renovation - they did tell us right from the start. I guess the price was lower than expected for that reason. That said, a lot of the smaller things were far from 5 star level. The bedding, towels, toiletries were all just... okay? Nothing bad, but not premium. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Included breakfast was good but barely changed over 5 days so some variety would be nice.

Room was v clean. Staff were v courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good and had a lot of varieties. Overall, an excellent experience. We will definitely visit here in the future.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Excellent service by all staffs. The food choices were very good for breakfast and dinner. This is one of the best hotel that i have stayed. It is a little on the pricier side but still we worth the stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely come back and also recommend to others.

A 3 days family reunion trip

The stay was restful and awesome. The staff were great including the front desk, hospitality, room cleaning, and security. The place was very clean and food was excellent. The staff were helpful and very prompt. I and my family will surely stay in this hotel when in Chennai.
